It also considers the relevancy and superiority of the page while it supports to a particular page and then it grades the page.
SEO plays major role in improving your website or blog popularity in Internet and helps in improving Google page rank. There are also some other ranking which are quite popular such as Alexa rankings which are widely considered for calculating your website popularity.
PROCESS OF GRADING A PAGE:
Page rank is a grade given between 0 to 10 and the page rank of the sites can be viewed on the green bar of the Google tool bar. Absence of a green bar means the page rank for that particular site is 0 and a grayed out page rank indicates shows that either it has not yet been indexed or assigned a page rank or banned by the Google.
HOW CAN A SITE GET SUBMITTED IN GOOGLE SEARCH ENGINE?
1. When the site is ready and it can be submitted to the Google by logging into http://www.google.com/addurl
2. To study the structure and for more coverage of pages of your site you have to submit the site map by using Google webmaster tools and should be taken care that all the links provided in page are properly submitted.
Guide lines to be followed to achieve good Google page rank:
There are certain guidelines which are to be considered by the website owners for maintaining and improving Google page rank. These need to be followed before submitting your website to Google because there may be chances of removing our website from rankings if these guidelines are not followed.
These guidelines makes your online business website well developed and which will ultimately make Google find, index and rank your websites. Some of those guidelines are given below:
1.USAGE OF LINKS:
In this you have to see that whether the links given in your site are clear and also see that you have at least one static text link from every page of your site and in the site map it is better it contain below 100 links so that user can easily find the important parts of your site and if they are more than 100 it is better to separate into multiple sitemaps.
2. USAGE OF KEYWORDS AND TEXT:
In the content guidelines the important thing is the key words which are in the content and also should be careful the keywords which are given in the meta tags should be there in the content provided. Unnecessary usage of keywords more number of times without relating to the content leads to “keyword stuffing” by which it results in making Google remove the site from their search engine. The key words in the content should be like frequently used words by the users while surfing.
3. USAGE OF IMAGES AND HTML:
Google crawler does not recognize the text and the links in the images so it is better not to provide important links and text in images but by using ALT attribute few descriptive texts in the images can be read. The broken links should be checked and corrected and as every search engine crawl through dynamic and static pages one should be aware while using them in their websites, only few of them can be searched.
4. USAGE OF BROWSER:
Usage of browser also plays a major role in search engines. Especially for Alexa if you have Alexa tool bar installed in your browser and if you update your website daily, you can definitely see change in your website rankings in Alexi
5. MAKING THE SITE WITH USEFUL CONTENT:
Provide simple, appropriate content for your website which are easily read by users. Don’t fill your articles with keywords and make it human. If you want to gain more prominence, you can submit good articles in high page rank websites like article base and Ezine articles which provide you with good back links which adds to your website popularity.

Viral marketing and viral advertising are two modern advertising strategies used by social networks and advertisers frequently for improving their brand awareness and achieve other marketing objectives.

Even though viral marketing is not appreciated by most of the people, many of them fell in to the trap by passing information which is viral. Viral marketing promotions can be of any form.
It can be as simple as an eBook, a video clip or a text message which is passed from one person to another in the way virus spreads. So viral marketing is the name given for the above type of advertising.
The goal of viral marketing is to identify individuals who have a high Social networking potential and spread an advertisement along with a viral message on these persons. People share this information and the message spreads to most of the people.
Viral marketing is like a lottery. It may not be successful always which is the reason for advertisers to choose alternative solutions like blogging and social media marketing for advertising.
Viral marketing is a compounding function that reaches a large number of audiences. It is the strategy of the marketer who does something and then a consumer tells five or ten people about it which spreads as those ten people share with few others and the new spreads throughout.
Its like a virus that spreads through out the population. Marketer work is to just start the viral marketing and he doesn’t needs to do anything else.
An example of good viral marketing is Mona Lisa. Viral marketing is completely different to word of mouth where marketer does something and consumer only limits it to their friends.
Generally people doesn’t like to increase viral marketing as they don’t want anything to become viral which makes advertisers think of other means of advertising like blogging and social media marketing.
A great viral ad is aimed at fans by ensuring a prominent character’s name which appears in the top of the page URL. For Example if you are a fan of Batman, seeing a Batman picture and good content would definitely attract you to go through the page. Even if you have knowledge of these marketing strategies, the campaigns reach a lot number of users with little information about batman and other information that is publicized.

In the last months I’ve got several questions from bloggers and business owners interested in blog advertising on how to evaluate what they (bloggers) can charge and what (advertisers) should pay for blogvertising.
I have put together some tips what you need to take care of when you step in this field as a blogger who wants to monetize his blog or you as a business owner who is looking for an effective way to reach you targeted audience.
For Bloggers:
1. If you want to attract advertisers than you should be focused on a market or a niche. A mom and pop blog should not be interesting for business owners to advertise in!
2. Work on it to gain as many RSS subscribers as you can. When you have you 1000+ than publish the RSS subscriber info on your blog. A big reach is interesting for a potential advertiser!
3. Do you actually operate an email newsletter? If not, you should consider setting up one! To attract subscribers offer something of value in exchange for a subscription. You can put together an interesting info product .pdf as a summary of your past posts very easily.
4. What is your posting frequency? Do you post daily, bi weekly or weekly? The higher the frequency the better. Consider to post daily.
5. Do you have references? Put together a reference list within your blog of jobs you have done and include the links and if possible testimonials of your clients.
6. Interact with your blog readers and commenters and comment back.
7. Work on it to get your Alexa rank under 100k, with a quick growing ratio!
8. Build back links, the more the better. A growing number of back links can help you to gain a better Google rank on the long term.
9. Implement social buttons like these on the top of this post.
10. If you want the code and a how to implement these buttons, just contact me here!
For Advertisers
1. Check out if the blog really targets your audience.
2. How many RSS subscribers do this blog have? Write this information down.
3. Does this blog operate an email list? If yes subscribe to it and read the newsletter!
4. What is the article frequency, how many posts are written per week? Subscribe to the RSS feed.
5. Does this blog already have advertising or paid blog reviews’ from competitors displayed?
6. How many paid blog reviews has the blogger written in the past? Read those past posts.
7. Does the blogger interact with his blog commenter’s?
8. How is the Alexa rank of this blog? Take a closer look on the offered information’s on Alexa and write this information down.
9. Check how many link backs on Google the blog has and write this information down.
10. Does the blog uses social buttons to spread the word about the articles?
These are most important points I have in mind for now! If you have further ideas and suggestions, please leave a comment below!
