Blog post writing is different from professional article writing. Writing articles or posts in the blog is different from corporate articles writing style.
Corporate writing style is seen in electronic media and print media as they act as mediators between the government and public. They strongly follow certain rules and regulations while publishing their articles because much of the mass media follows it and if there are any false statements, it may cause chaos among people.
Blogging is different from corporate style of writing. Here there are no rules to be followed while writing their posts. Here, Bloggers has full freedom of expressing their views, ideas, opinions, ideas and feeling regarding anything which a blogger like to have in their blogs.
Common Speech blogging
Common speech is better for blogs due to following reasons:
1. The shorter the article the more readers:
Readers like to read short articles in simple language with more suitable words than lengthy paragraphs with difficult words which makes the reader bored. Hence short articles make the blog attractive.
2. The simple the sentences the more clear the content:
Use of simple sentences makes the content clear and also construction of good sentences will make the reader more convenient in understanding.
3. The blogger attitude should be made visible while going through the content:
Reader must be able to visualize the attitude of the blogger which makes the reader analyze the feelings or opinions regarding the post. This can be possible while the blogger writes in open mind and hence ultimately the blogger gets simple words to write than complicated words this is possible only through the common speech.
4. The simple the posts the more the traffic:
Because of the simple words the reader feel relaxed while reading the content and also reader should feel satisfied with the content provided by you. Hence, simple words, short paragraphs will bring more traffic to your site.
5. Enhancing communication between the reader and the blogger:
One should remember that blogging can be done by anyone. They need not be professionals and have freedom to express their views to the public. Hence by showing courtesy while writing an article, the reader will be motivated to read further and also keeps updated with the blog and also express their opinion regarding your blog.
A blogger can be successful when the reader is able to understand what he intended to show through their articles.

Before a couple of days I discovered this discussion topic within one of the LinkedIn groups I am a member of.
“In 2010 I have decided that I want to buy and own my blog space on the internet… great idea in theory but one slight issue… I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT I AM DOING!”
Here are the asked questions and my answers:
Q: Do I buy a web site or a blog (or is there a difference?
A: There is a great difference between blog based optimized marketing infrastructure and a web site.
Example: The blog content gets indexed much quicker than website content. There for ‘A blog as a website’ can be more effective. A blog as a website gives your customers and you the opportunity to get in touch by leaving comments, etc. See also the presentation below!
Q: Where do I go to buy a domain name and blog or site page?
A: Godaddy offers WordPress Blog hosting and domain name for $5 per month. The ‘Economy Plan’ should be ok for the beginning, find it here: http://www.godaddy.com/hosting/wordpress-hosting.aspx?ci=15005
Q: Is this something I can learn to do well on my own?
A: Yes. You have many great options to enhance a blog to act as great marketing hub for you. Here you can find more info about this.
Q: Would it be smarter to hire someone to do it for me?
A: In the long term it is better to learn this by your self. But if you want to shorten the learning curve and get quicker results you can also hire somebody to help you to get started and then step by step learn all of these skills when your web presence is up and running.

I’m sure you’ve heard the term “viral marketing” being bandied all over the Internet a few times by now. But what does it really mean? At its core, viral marketing is simply another way for saying “publicity”.
In the real world, a company or an individual can create publicity by dispensing information to few but influential media outfits.
Achieving publicity online however – making something go viral – is a lot more complex because what is news-worthy is decided by an unpredictable and fickle mass of people.
There is no sure-fire formula on how to make something go viral. However, you can start by creating awesome content on your blog. Post about unique people and objects.
Use current events to your advantage and if possible, stay ahead of the news. Publishing something big that’s not even off the press yet will guarantee your post viral status.
Once you have that great post, make sure that you let people know about it.
Spread the link on all major social networking sites:
Also know in advance who the influential bloggers in your niche are; you will want to tell them about your post and invite them to write about it as well.
When a person starts telling five people about your content, and then the five people each tell five more people they know and so on, you will know that you’ve been successful. It spreads like swine flue… Good luck!
