Why Should I Write A Blog Post Every Day?

I have received an email from one of my RSS Feed subscribers. In this email he asked me ‘Why I do not post every day like other bloggers out there?’.

This is a good question and I will try to answer it accurately.

In these times we are overwhelmed with an avalance of messages like email newsletters, blog posts, advertisements, etc. Sometimes this are too many information’s to be taken into account at once!

Some of those are really valuable. But in my opinion the most are not, because these are info’s which actually have been published and are now rewritten to publish them again!

I have come to the conclusion, when I have some good and valuable info for you; I like to post it within my blog. I do this is to save your valuable time and to give you the opportunity to better differ between all of these information’s which are spread out there.

By the way, please tell me which kind of information – topic you are interested most and I will try to focus more on what you are interested in.

OK, we all have been kids and we all have believed in fairy-tale. And yes I know it’s luring to become RICH by only invest $97.00 and doing nothing more.

There is only one hook! We are not kids anymore and there is no ‘Wondrously Money Making System’ to buy for $97.00 or so! You only make those scammers rich!

If you want to make cash with any online business you need TRAFFIC! This is the most essential point! No traffic, No sales! It is as simple as that!

To get traffic you need to acquire knowledge on how to reach your targeted audience, how to generate traffic from these targeted sources and practice this until you get the critical mass of traffic which helps you to produce your first sales!

You better should focus on learn internet marketing, traffic building, copywriting, lead generation and sales conversion. This will bring you closer to your goal to make cash online!

Paid Posts – Do They Damage Your Credibility As A Blogger?

Just now I have read a blog post from Darren Rowse from Problogger.net. Darren Rowse is one of the most respected names out there in the blogsphere.

He had made a poll on how many of his readers have written paid posts.

The result was that 23% of ProBlogger readers have written paid posts. Which shows a massive shift from his poll in 2007?

In 2007 34% of his readers have committed to write paid posts. In this time many bloggers have experiment with paid posts as one potential income stream.

I think this also depends of the nature of the post which is required from the paying sponsor.

If you have the opportunity to test drive the product or service you have to write a paid review about it and you come to your honest opinion that this product or service can be valuable than I don’t see any issue to write a positive paid post about it.

It depends from you and your responsibility as a blogger on how you treat the ‘paid post’ income stream!

A. If you want to write your honest opinion and gain credibility or
B. If you only write what’s required and favoured by the paying sponsor.

I think with the first one (A.) you can build your credibility!

B. will damage not only the credibility of you as a blogger. More it will damage the credibility of all bloggers out there and could make blogging worthless in the long therm.

The consumer would not trust you and the blogosphere anymore!

CONCLUSION: In the near future this makes specialized Blog Ad Networks more important for bloggers and advertisers where sponsored posts like videos, text ads and articles are labeled as a sponsored ads by defoult to avoid any confusion on consumers side.
